JOINT COMMUNITY AWARDS
Crowthorne and Wokingham Without Community Awards
From 1996 -
In 2002 this was changed to give public recognition by means of an award consisting of a framed citation to individuals who had contributed significantly to the quality of life in either of the two parishes by their public/community activity. A Special Award was also introduced for a group or organisation established in either parish for their contribution to community life.
The awards evenings are held every two years, hosted alternatively by each Parish Council. The next awards evening is scheduled for November 2018, to be hosted by Wokingham Without Parish Council.
Electors of each parish are able to submit one or more nominations to either Parish Council, a copy of the application form can be found HERE >>
The Terms of Reference for the Awards Evening can be found HERE >>
